Appointment Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of sessions by the Client, a period of 24 hours’ notice for individual sessions is required, otherwise the session fee will be payable. For cancellation of sessions by the Therapist, the client will be given reasonable notice wherever possible. For termination of therapy, one session will be required as notice.
Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so by phone within 24 hours.
Session Timings
A late arrival will reduce the length of the session time allocated to you.
Therapeutic Process
Hypnosis works directly with the unconscious mind where habits, beliefs and emotions reside. By working in a relaxed state, the Hypnotherapist can establish direct contact and rapport with the Client’s unconscious mind and thereby assist the Client in making their desired changes.
It is not possible to make any definite guarantees as to the success of these techniques, as results are dependent on the individual Client’s response.
Code of Ethics and Conduct
Hypnotherapy has strict ethical codes built into its methods of practice. I work in accordance with the Codes of Ethics and Practice of the National Hypnotherapy Society.
Use of CD/MP3 Recordings
I may provide CD/MP3 recordings of some of the hypnotherapy sessions for your use at home. These must not be used whilst driving or operating machinery, but only when it is safe for you to relax completely away from distraction. The CDs must not be reproduced or used for commercial services or financial gain. They are for your personal use only.
